Crown Harbor is located in Alameda, California. There are a variety of ways to contact the association. Community members and others are asked to use these email addresses instead of contacting board members or the property manager directly. This keeps everyone informed on all issues related to Association business.

For email, use board@crownharbor.org to report issues, request repairs, etc. Property Manager, Sheri Carmichael is included on this email address. By doing so, the Board is aware of all correspondences to the management company and can follow up if necessary. Be sure to include your house number and street name in all correspondence because that's how the management company tracks things.

	After Hours In the event of an after hours emergency, please call the Associa Northern California after hours phone number (510) 780-8587 or call toll free (800) 863-6277, and then press the number 5 and follow the prompts and you will be connected to a Associa Northern California after hours employee who will follow the Associa Northern California After Hours Emergency Procedure.
	Community Email List The community email list, community@crownharbor.org, is maintained by Doug Logan who covers the costs and volunteers his time. It is kept current by updating it as the Crown Harbor Directory changes. Although any community member can send to the list, all email messages are approved by Scott before they are actually sent. This avoids SPAM emails so there is no need for community members to report email messages that they receive via the list as spam. In fact, when community members do this, it creates a black mark for simplelists.com who provides our email list service. So please don't hit the "this is spam" button (which is quite easy to do accidentally) or move Crown Harbor email messages into the junk folder. The community email list is a vital communication link between the Board and the community. It is also helpful for CERT communications.
	Community Website Associa Northern California has created a space for Crown Harbor on the TownSq community site. TownSq is the official app used in Crown Harbor, where owners can meet their neighbors, pay online, manage their accounts, and access the resources they need for better community living. Membership is free. Owners sign up using their account number, zip code, and email address. Only Crown Harbor owners and the management company can see the information contained on the site. TownSq is a viable replacement for the current Crown Harbor website and community email list that are in use today.
